This painting was commissioned to portray the client’s dog, resting peacefully amidst elements of the North Sea coast. I had full freedom in choosing the color palette and composition. The result is a predominantly blue-toned scene that combines the calm presence of the dog with dynamic textures of sand, dunes, seashells, a lighthouse, and more. Painted in acrylic on canvas, it reflects both the character of the animal and the atmosphere of the coastal landscape.
